Hi,
I've specified the min for a numeric textbox to be 0.

When I type in 0, the change event fires, however, the value() returns null.

Is this normal behavior?

[Solved] Save/restore grouping,sorting only using setOptions

Is it possible to restore grouping, sorting settings only using grid.setOptions method ?
Something like grid.setOptions({dataSource:{group:new_options.dataSource.group}});

I don`t want to restore toolbar and pager settings

New version - pagination and initial value

Hi,

I update my kendo version , because it has pagined ComboBoxes (I have lot of data in them).
But I have problem when using it. I have problem with virtual.valueMapper - this function runs when I asking remote server for data which not exist in actual data.
I have data in format:
[ {id: 1, value: "text1"},
{id: 2, value: "text2"},
{id: 3, value: "text3"},
{id: 4, value: "text4"},
.... and so on]

So I have page with 20 items.

And I'm asking for element 125. server return to valueMapper data in format:

var serverResult = [data: {id: 2, value: "text2"}]

and I'm calling :

options.success(serverResult.data);

And I'm getting:
Cannot read property 'id' of undefined

How I should call succes method ?

Cannot Pan/Zoom chart with Dynamic Series

I have a graph displayed, and data is set/added dynamically to the series list. I have setup a Dojo with the basic scenario of the issue using MVVM.

When I try manually to modify the displayed range, the graph updates, but the new series is lost (probably because the ._redraw function destroys the DOM and recreates it inside the .setOptions function). I tried adding the new series and using .refresh() instead of .redraw(), but that doesn't seem to help.

I tried to implement a second method to accomplish this by filtering through the DataSource, but that seems to remove all the points, but keeps the series in the list.

The amount of data that will be presented will be in the tens-to-hundreds of thousands of datapoints to navigate though. Thanks for any insight!

[Solved] Avoiding some resources coloring the task

Hi.

I have a task record with 3 resources.
The first, which I want to control the task color, can be null (unselected).
If that is the case, I want the task to be the default scheduler task color.

As the scheduler works now, if it does'nt find a color in the first reaource, it seeks the color from the second and third resources.
How can I avoid that and yet have the colors show in the editor dropdownlist and multiselect ?
It would be nice with a .colorTask(false) configuration option for resources :)

User Adds attachment via kendo upload.

[Solved] Kendo Grid Filter Row kendoDropDown not working first time selection for version 2015

Hi,

Can someone explain me why I can't use this type of filter for the new kendo version (2015).

I can see that the DDL is loaded but when I select for the first time one of the element in the DDL for City, it doesn't change the grid. I wouldn't mind to keep using the previous version, but I would love to understand if there is something that I'm doing wrong.

Kendo Ui Schedular not Updated to Service

Hi ,
I am using kendo Ui scheduler.
I am able to bind data to scheduler ,But Not able to update the data which i have modified into service.(Wcf Service with Odata)
I have attached what error i am getting and what code i have used.
