You can obtain the not minified version of the Kendo UI Core (Open Source) source files from its GitHub repository: https://github.com/telerik/kendo-ui-core.
If you'd like to download the not minified source code of the Kendo UI (full version) you will need to get a license. After that you can download the source from the following page https://www.telerik.com/account/product-download?product=KENDOUICOMPLETE after login.
