Hello, I notice on the home page of the Kendo site it lists IE7+ as a supported browser.  My client has some IE 7 machines.  When I test my samples on either IE8 in compatibility mode, or IE7 native, they do not work.  I get the javascript error "JSON not defined".

Also, see the attached picture on how the Keno UI Demo site renders on my IE7 machine.

Thanks,

Hi,

I just tried browsing that example using IE7 and didn't find any issues. Here is the video that I recorded.

Did you try hitting save?  It worked for me in Compatibility mode until I clicked save.  Then the javascript errors appears.

Hi,

I am not sure what do you mean by "hitting save". Could you clarify?

Kind regards,

This is an IE7 issue, not a Kendo issue. Native JSON support for IE was not introduced until the release of IE8. For IE7 you will need to include Crockford's JavaScript implementation found at: https://github.com/douglascrockford/JSON-js/blob/master/json2.js.
