1) Is Newest version KendoUI for jQuery not support angularjs anymore?
2) Is angularjs 1.8 will supported?

Answering your questions:
1. The latest version of Kendo UI (2022.1.301) still supports AngularJS.
2. The latest officially supported version is 1.7.9. That is because we have not extensively tested the 1.8.0 version against our suite. Nevertheless, in several cases, our customers have migrated to 1.8.0. So far we are not aware of any serious problems with that.
