I can confirm that charts do indeed work on my BlackBerry Bold II.
I just went to the KendoUI demo site and checked on my Android phone, and the chart demos all work just fine in both the stock Android browser and in Dolphin HD. I'm running an Ice Cream Sandwich KANG (unofficial, unstable custom ROM) on a Motorola Atrix.
The charts actually seem to render faster than they do on IE8 on my work laptop :)
I've run into some usability issues with some of the Web components on touch devices, but nothing too serious. I've never had an issue with charts.
If for some reason you do run into trouble, note that charts have a .svg method, which renders the chart as a vector graphics file (SVG). I know iOS supports SVG, so if worst came to worse, you could either offer an alternative version of the page, or you could detect whatever is failing on the device and serve the SVG instead.
