PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I want to use the Keno UI Window widget in our training web pages. It would require there be multiple pop-ups using the Window function throughout each course page (sometimes 20-30 images). Do you have any guidance or examples on using the Window widget in this fashion?

displaying grid multiple times inside the panelbar

hi,
I have a panel bar and grid.I want to display grid inside the panel bar.I loaded the panel bar using ajax.I created the grid in a separate view.I have loaded the grid inside the panel bar using "contentUrl".it is displaying in side the panel bar but the grid is displaying two times as shown in the following attachment. can u tell me what is the reason for displaying the grid multiple times.

Reorderable in Grid not working when embedded inside tabstrip

When grid is embedded inside the tabstrip the reorderable of column does not work.
Example for this is created in jsfiddle

datasource - transport:read from local array not from URL

I want to read from an array and perform CRUD operations on this array but am struggling to find examples of this as all the transport:read examples read the data from a URL instead of an array.

The below works but does not need the CRUD operations

Should tab strip auto size retina vs non retina display

I noticed that the tabstrip in our app was very large on the iPhone 3gs until I saw it on a 4s.

I have read here about the ability to resize http://www.kendoui.com/forums/mobile/tabstrip/width-height-icons-on-tabstrip.aspx but wouldn't that make it smaller on the 4s too?

Isn't there some 'auto' resize function in the framework that deals with device resolutions and tabstrip icon sizes?

Custom/Hybrid Grid Editing with a Composite Model

I'm trying to implement a grid customization that combines inline editing with popup editing. I've created a sample jsFiddle to demonstrate what I'm trying to accomplish.

I *almost* have it working, but the issue that I'm seeing is that the address values in the popup editor always get saved when you change them, even when I cancel out of the edit. I want to be able to have those values roll back to the original, similar to how the standard editing works. I'd be open to flattening out the model if it makes things easier, but I would still need to support the dual editing functionality.

(Also, in Firefox for some reason it only updates the first address field and not the second. But this is less of an issue, at least for right now).

I know I'm doing something a little incorrectly, I just need help seeing what it is. Much appreciated.

[Solved] Kendo for browsing large geospatial databases?

We have a 20 Million record table in PostGIS (spatial version of PostGRESQL). There are 18 columns (mostly text, some integer) and one spatial geometry (a bounding box).

The records describe the metadata for geospatial images (GeoTiffs, etc.)

We are looking for a means for a user to browse and search this database.

While I am very familiar with your silverlight offering Which does a have a map (and that is the overview we might like).

I am not familar with your back-end database, nor your new KENDO HTML5 product.

Our target client platform is Android, IOS, Web Browsers, and plugins to existing tools (GoogleEarth GoogleMaps, WorldWind). So Silverlight is not a good choice.

Can you help me determine which of your products I should be looking at for the back end?
(ORM? I already have a PostGIS .NET API, but if yours works faster that would be fine).

As well as what I should have on the client? (Kendo? But it does not have a map. Do I use OpenLayers?) We also want grid and chart displays of the results.

As well as the protocol that would be connecting the two: (JSON? But what if I have 4,000 records returned? Can I GZIP the response). I assume I want to virtualize the replies.
