[Solved] Kendo multi select response takes time to load huge data

i have multi select control in form with about 20000 records , when i click on control every time it takes about 10 seconds

is there any solution to reduce the response time

while debugging i receive the following error . The virtual binding is not supported by the MultiSelect widget
