Kendo grid header disappears

I created a form in MVC 4 and placed a button and a kendo grid. On clicking the button, a kendo window opens up. But the impact of this window is that the header of the grid disappears. Please suggest a solution.

Hi Naveen,

I am not sure what do you mean by "disappear" - the page content is scrolled, the Grid header area is hidden with some CSS, or is removed from the DOM?

Since we have not come across such a problem before, I will need a runnable example or a live URL in order to investigate the cause.
