Keep Floating panes open when main window is minimized

Hello Telerik Team,

Is it possible to keep the floating panes open (i.e. as is) on the screen when the main window that hosts these panes is minimized?
Currently it minimizes all floating panes. Please let me know.

Hi Kumar,

 Currently this feature is not customizable. We decided to minimize all the windows as we tried to mimic the behavior of Visual studio's docking control. Please let us know if this is an important feature for you as we might log it in PITS and allow you and all other people that need it to vote.
