Keep first/last items as top item whenever I reached the end of the list when scrolling

Is there a way to keep either ends of the itemsource (first and last item) as top item in the caouselpanel whenever I reached the first/last item when scrolling..

There are some issue with that post as well. If I put the move code in the scrollChanged event then when selecting an item with the mouse click it moves it back to it's original position. I figured this out with a few more variables to see where the scrollchange is coming from.
