I have a simple question: I just want to have a very simple RadWindow. Without Titlebar or Statusbar, without any border and without scrollbars.
I load a website into radwindow. Ok, I set all titlebar and statusbar things to false. I set EnableEmbeddedSkins and BaseSyleSheets to false.
I set width and height to a special value. But now, the window looks good but do not set the width and height.
What is the correct way to just show a radwindow that shows a simple DIV isnide with a specific width and height?

I am not sure if I understand your scenario correctly. If you want to display a DIV in a RadWindow and this DIV is on the same page as the window - this is not possible. RadWindow is based on an IFRAME and it displays a content page that is different from the parent one. For scenarios where you want the content to be on the same page, we suggest to use RadToolTip or RadDock.
