I see that Telerik controls already support Jquery, but how much of that functionality is used when using a telerik control?  How much more benefit can be gained by actually using a Jquery plugin in addition to the latest version of the telerik control?  (Controls that I have already used are:  RadGrid, RadAjax, RadDatePicker, radtreelist to name a few.

Thx.

What plugins for Jquery are recommended for the standard set of controls for Telerik (such as grid, textbox, ajax, Radwindow, combobox, datepicker.)?  and, where do we get the plugins?

Thank you.

Hi Chris @ Intrinsic,

There are no recommended jQuery plugins or jQuery core functionality that should we used with our ASP.NET AJAX controls. Our AJAX components register jQuery internally and utilize it for some of their features, still it is not compulsory to take advantage of certain jQuery functionality.

Nevertheless, you can make use of each of the jQuery methods/selectors at your own disposal. In case you intend to use plugins, you can download them from the official jQuery site.

Greetings,

Thanks.  But, is there any situation where I can improve the telerik controls by using Jquery?
