Is this a bug in RadDateInput ?

I have tested on my server this problem is happen to make sure that not just happen on my site also tested it here
http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/Input/Examples/RadDateInput/FirstLook/DefaultCS.aspx
The problem still happen.


Please follow the steps below;

1. input the date in Date: Text box 01/01/2008
2. Select the Culture: combo box to choose "French" (Result: text should change to 01/01/2008) [Passed]
3. Select the Culture: combo box to choose "German" (Result: text should change to 01.01.2008) [Passed]
4. Select the Culture: combo box to choose "English" (Result: text should change to 1/1/2008) [Passed]
5. Select the Date Format: combo box to choose "Long Date"  (Result: text should change to Tuesday, January 01, 2008) [Passed]
6. Select the Culture: combo box to choose "French" (Result: text should change to mardi 1 janvier 2008) [Not pass the text change to Tuesday 1 January 2008 the Date: Text box  will be change to the right format after you clicked on Date: Text box]
7. Select the Culture: combo box to choose "French" (Result: text should change to Dienstag, 1. Januar 2008) [Not pass the text change to Tuesday, 1. January 2008 the Date: Text box  will be change to the right format after you clicked on Date: Text box]
8. Do the same step with Full option in Date Format: Combo Box

This problem also happen with Thai Culture.
Do I have to write the special code?
