The screenshot you attached in a support ticket shows that you are using the
ASP.NET WebForms Report Viewer which is obsolete as of Q3 2015. Parameters area of this viewer is not editable. Instead, you can use custom UI and your custom parameters editors -
Client-Side API.
Note, that the further development of the ASP.NET WebForms Report Viewer is stopped and it is recommended to
migrate to the HTML5 Viewer.
HTML5 Viewer allows you to plug custom Javascript widgets as parameters editors -
