Is it possible to place default grid filter menu content outside of grid

Hello,

Is it possible to place grid filters outside of the grid?
The desired functionality is that when the screen is resized to a tablet or mobile size, that some of the grid columns would be hidden without horizontal scroll, but the ability to filter them should remain. All of the hidden data would be shown by clicking "+" icon in the grid.
In other words, can I reuse the filter components outside of the grid?

Thank you for the provided screenshot.

Currently, the FilterMenu could be accessed only within the Grid widget and cannot be used as a standalone component.

I understand the use case and it looks valid indeed. But in order to achieve similar functionality, the developer needs to implement some custom filter component and filter the Grid manually on user interactions.

As a side note, I want to mention that our development team is currently working on a new Filter component. Its layout might differ from the one that FilterMenu utilizes, but it could be found useful. The component is expected to be released in mid-Jan 2022.
