Is it possible to enable drag and drop at the parent level for gantt chart

Hi Unnikrishnan,

Could you please elaborate a little bit more on the desired behavior? As it is demonstrated in the screencast linked here the parent tasks can be also edited by dragging. Is this the desired behavior?
