Invalid ViewState Exception in Telerik Pages

Hi,

We are using Telerik ASP .NET AJAX Control version 2020.1.114.45 in our product.

Sometimes, when the users are using our application with telerik controls, they get invalid viewstate exception as below. It happens randomly. Please let me know, if it is a known issue and fix is available for this issue.

We are using Chrome Browser Version 114.0.5735.199.

I am not aware of any ViewState related problems in version 2020.1.114. 

I decoded the provided ViewState fragment and there is no info for anything Telerik-related:

Do you get the error if you comment out or remove the Telerik controls from the frmAPPOINTMENTS.aspx page?

Some more tips:

• Upgrade to the latest version of the Telerik control and test again.
• Check for any custom code that interacts with the Telerik controls, especially related to ViewState handling. Ensure that the code is not causing unintended modifications to the ViewState.
• If you have access to error logs or exception details, investigate the specific error message and stack trace to identify the root cause of the issue.
