Internal Server Error Access to value.dat is denied

MVC 5 Report Viewer

Report works locally fine, deploy to IIS 7.5 and get below error.
Internal Server Error
An error has occurred.
Access to th epath 'C\Windows\TEMP\ReportService\...\LastCheckTime
value.dat is denied.

I go to the server and delete the TEMP data then the report works again.

Why is this erorr occuring and what is the resolution. We cannot have random Telerik failures in production.

Hello guys,

I'm experiencing the same issue. As "t" described above as soon as existing temp file is deleted reporting works fine. But after I replace existing file with old one issue start to reproduce. I believe there might be an issue with file content reading.

Could you please clarify on that.
