I want to add some itens outside report's margin, like a picture or something like that.

Hello Silvio,
Test if setting the PageSettings.Margins and the PageSettings.BackgroundImage to an image having the required addition at some of the corners suites your requirements. the result can be previewed in PrintPreview mode of the ReportViewer or the designer's Preview.
If I have misunderstood your question, please elaborate on the scenario.

Have you tried the new visualization options in Telerik Reporting Q2 2013? You can get them from your account.
