Hello Ranjit,

Based on your post, I believe that your project requires adding rows to the child Grid from a command button in the master row. Please correct me if I am wrong.

In the provided Dojo, I see that this behavior is achieved, and it seems that it is working as expected:
The only minor problem that I noticed is that the "transport.create" configuration of the dataSource is not implemented yet.
After adding it to the dataSource definition you will be also able to save these records. Having said that, could you please elaborate on what the problem is?

So in the dojo the code works fine but when I try it in my local with Api, what happens is i have to click the button twice  to create a new row.

So what is happening is the grid is loading first and then in second click a new row is created.

I want this functionality in a single click.

What is the fix for this.

Thanks

Ranjit

Hi Ranjit,

I understand the problem, unfortunately, based on the provided information, I am afraid that I am not sure what is causing it.

Having said that, could you please share a project/page that clearly replicates the issue? This will help me better understand the case, and I will be able to provide assistance to the best of my knowledge.

I look forward to your reply.
