Hello Kiran,
Some time ago we inquired about your license for Telerik controls in the thread titled Load on demand - Radtreeview
For your convenience, I will paste the message once more:
We checked your account and noticed that you have not downloaded any version of RadControls from our site. Still, it seems that you have been using several telerik controls for some time now. Since it is our policy to support only registered users, could you please share how you obtained our products? Maybe you downloaded them under a different account. If so, please share it with us so we can update our records and provide you with adequate services.
As soon as we get your reply, we will address your questions in the support ticketing system.
Kind regards,
Tervel
the Telerik team

Hi Kiran,
Thank you for the provided information about your license!
As to the reported problem: The toolbar icons are not displayed because of a bug in the conversion tool that we use to export the embedded skins to the external Skin folder. This tool sets wrong paths for the toolbar image sprites and causes the problem. The incorrect path is:
.rade_tool span
{
background-image: url('png');
}
and it should be replaced by
.rade_tool span
{
background-image: url('../CommandSpritesLight.png');
}
Make sure that the CommandSpritesLight.png image exists in the root of the Skins folder.
This problem appeared in the latest Q3 SP2 version of the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX and does not exist in the previous versions. The problem will be also fixed for the Q1 2009 official release.
If you experience the missing images problem or any other appearance problems related to external skins, please open a support ticket and send a sample working project along with your external skin folder. I will examine it, fix the appearance problem and provide a solution.
Sincerely,
Rumen
