Hi,

The purpose of the example is to show using Resources, Custom Attributes and Appointment Templates together. Resources are used to separate Appointments into 'Lecture series' and the Repeater is used to create the three buttons at the top that allow you to change the currently selected Resource. Custom Attributes are used to attach additional info to an Appointment, in this case 'PresenterImageURL'. Inside the Appointment Template, this PresenterImageURL is used to show a specific image for each Appointment.
