Perhaps I am just missing some settings, or maybe this is just how it is at the moment, but I cannot seem to get documents with images to print with any kind of quality.
The image is in the header, I can recreate the document in Word, and copy/paste the image back and forth between Word and RadRichTextBox; the image is crisp and clear in Word and horribly unclear when printed from the RadRichTextBox. If I export the document as a word document and print it form Word that way, the images are unclear as well.
Is there anything I can do?

Would it be possible to provide us with such document, so that we can examine it and advise you on what you can do? I suggest opening a support ticket as the public forums do not allow attaching files other than images.

We've encountered this with a different vendor's library.
Also try opening the DOCX file I a zip file utility and finding the image in one of the subdirectories. this should give you the image in the word document.
The image files should be identical in size and byte content. The dos command file compare utility can do a binary compare with the command
fc /B file1.png file2.png
Please post your findings.
