The HtmlTextBox item does not support such a feature. What we can suggest is to use a PictureBox item instead.

Have you tried the new visualization options in Telerik Reporting Q1 2013? You can get them from your account.

Hello,
Just to follow up on this... supporting the img tag would be a fantastic feature to add - probably my top request for Reporting. I run into it routinely... Most recently, I wanted to make a generic "Letter" report so I could pass this report some text and it would generate a PDF letter using that text. Often, we want these letters "signed" with a picture of a signature. If the HTML Text Box supported images, that'd be easy... without supporting images, it's a real pain that involves all kinds of weird contingencies for what the type of letter might be.
Just my two cents here... I have no idea how hard it would be to support the img tag... but man would that be awesome.

Hi Siva,
Currently we do not have plans to extend the supported HTML tags as this would mean for the Reporting tool to practically become a full-blown browser which is not its purpose.
The reasons behind the current limitations of the HtmlTextBox are explained in great detail by my colleague here.
