I am using version 2012.2.710.340 and I find that .Encoded(false) has absolutely no effect on HTML output, and is probably a bug. I have examined the data going in and it is a simple anchor tag but shows in the grid as if it were HTML encoded.

Hi,

 There seems to a problem with the serialization of the Encoded setting to client side. We have addressed this issue and the fix will appear in the next internal build.
