Hi Nathan,
The error you've received is a generic error that is not directly related to our product. Make sure you have deployed your application properly and that you can browse pages that do not contain any Telerik products, to make sure your IIS setup is correct.

Thanks Steve all other pages work fine is there something special I need to do to deploy for Telerik Reports? I have only copied files and dlls to server / iis...
I did check the log and there was an error relating to pdfing which the reports are being generated as.
The error was "bioPDF required for printer PDF Writer - bioPDF is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again"
I installed bioPDF and the message went away but still no pdf report... Only 503 page...
Any ideas?

Hi Nathan,
BioPDF is a third party product that is not associated with Telerik in any way and is not used by Telerik Reporting. Our suggestion is to deploy your project on your local IIS and try to get to the bottom of the problem. See Deploying Web Applications for more information.
