Hello Alharith,
A working sample project with the HTML5 Report Viewer is present in the Telerik Reporting examples. The examples can be installed when you install Telerik Reporting on your machine.
If the examples are already installed on the machine you can find them in the default installation folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Reporting Q2 2015\Examples.
Otherwise, you will need to run the Telerik Reporting installation again and add the examples.
