Hello Travis,
Our current focus is on the components and features listed on the Roadmap page. The Editor component is included in our long-term plans, however there is no specific date set for its release. You can influence our the planning for our next release by voting for the Editor component on its UserVoice item. Since it is a highly requested component, it is likely that work on it will begin soon. Until the component for Angular is released, you can use the jQuery editor in an Angular application, as described in the integration help topic.
