Hi there,

If someone can shed some light, I have purchased the license for winforms library over the phone, but can't seem to find the development (non-evaluation) library. When login-in to telerik.com the 'Products' sections doesn't have any product registered. How do I obtain the control library that can be used in production.

Any idea?

Hello Michael,

Thanks for reaching out to us on this. I took a look at your account and I do not see any purchase under your account. I also took a look at the iDynamics account and did not see any purchases there either. 

Could you have purchased the license under a different email? Also, do you have an invoice number that you could provide to look up the purchase?
