We tend to update reports very often and need to know what version of a report the user is using when they ask questions. Is there any way to display the revision number of a report or the last date that they file was written?

Thanks,

Hi Don,

If you are distributing the reports to your users via an assembly then you can maintain the version number of the assembly according to the .NET Assembly Versioning Practices - http://blogs.msdn.com/b/jjameson/archive/2009/04/03/best-practices-for-net-assembly-versioning.aspx.
