How to Style LeftGripper

I have been able to style all of my header columns and the header row, but the Left Gripper all the way to the left of the grid is still using the Office Black theme...what Property controls the LeftGripper Column Header?

This is the FrozenColumnSplitter of RadGridView. As the rest of RadGridView's parts you may alter its appearance either by creating a simple style or through predefining its template. You may read more about this in our online documentation, follow this link.
