Hi Guys

Having some fun with the sliding zone, basically I have five sliding panes horizontal at the top of the page expanding downwards quite happily.

What I want to acheive is to set the 1st sliding pane to be docked when the page loads.

and for both the 1st and 2nd sliding panes to fill the screen height when they slide downwards, including when the 1st tab is docked at page load.

this also needs to account for when the browser is resized

really struggling to acheive this however so any help would be appreciated

thanks
Rob

Hello Rob,

I am afraid I could not completely understand the reported problems, but I can give you the following suggestions based ion my assumptions:

  1. If you want to have a particular RadSlidingPane initially docked you can set the RadSlidingZone's DockedPaneId property to the desired sliding pane ID.
  2. If you want to automatically dock a RadSlidingPane on its expansion, you can use the approach demonstrated here.
  3. I could not understand the requirement - the sliding panes are children of the sliding zone and they are resized according to it. However, you can change their size dynamically by using the sliding pane's client - side API.

In case I have not understand you correctly, please prepare a sample, fully runnable demo project, open a new support ticket and send it to us along with a detailed explanation of the actual and the desired behavior along with some screenshots.

Kind regards,
