How to remove automatic saving of tables

Hi, 

When I was editing some formula cell and click the scroll bar， the cell will loose its focus, And prompt "Error in formula". But I don't want this because I haven't finished editing yet。I want to get rid of auto save and save only by pressing enter

Hi Shen,

I am afraid that the described behavior is not possible to be prevented. When the user clicks on the scrollbar the focus will be moved outside of the cell that is currently edited, thus the cell will be about to exit from the editing mode. The Spreadsheet could not prevent moving the focus out.

If you have plug-ins, workflows or form scripts that execute when an individual row is saved they'll be running every time auto-save occurs. These extensions might not be compatible with auto-save and could cause undesirable behaviour. If auto-save is turned on or not, plug-ins workflows and form scripts must be designed to look for specific changes and not perform indiscriminately for every save event. Coomeet Dirtyroulette. Auditing tables is designed so that every save is considered a separate update. If a user continues working on a form without saving changes for more then thirty minutes, an additional entry will be visible if the autosave is in place. The frequency of touching could rise if auditing data are utilized to generate reports. This approach can be unreliable due to the individual user's behavior.
