Currently such functionality is not supported. As a possible workaround I would suggest the following approach:
Also, I would like to say that this idea sounds good and we will really appreciate it if you share this suggestion at our UserVoice page. This way the community would be able to vote for it and if this suggestion turns out to be popular we will consider its implementation.

- Hide the chart legend;
- Create a custom HTML and configure it to look like as a legend. This way you will be able to make the items hyperlinks.
