I have actually posted my question on StackOverflow, but this forum is specific with Kendo Window so im riposting the question here

Hi Laksh,

The error you mentioned is expected, because the partial view is not referencing the layout file, in which the JavaScript files are loaded. You can try using Ajax requests instead of a form to post the data to the server.

i have to do form post because im uploading a file on popup window. What settings i need to do so that it doesn't close the window?

Hello Laksh,

You can try using Asynchronous Upload instead.
