Hi,

I would suggest you defining your own CellTemplate to be displayed in GridViewCells. You can check our online documentation on defining CellTemplate/CellEditTemplate for a reference. Then, in order to have a different DataTemplate displayed according to the type of a column, I can recommend you using CellTemplateSelector.
