Hi Sudath,

Before I proceed, I want to mention that I noticed a separate forum thread with the same content as this one (see thread with id: 1621081). Based on what I can see from my admin panel, you and the client from the other thread are working for the same company, so I assume that you are also working on the same project.

If that is the case, I would like to ask you to synchronize with each other and continue the discussion in one of the threads so that we can avoid having duplicates.

That said, I have prepared a short muted video that illustrates how you can set up an ObjectDataSource and use it in a TRDP report. To create it, I followed the steps in the Connecting the ObjectDataSource to a Data Source documentation article.

Note that I used a .NET Standard 2.0 class library for the ObjectDataSource because it can be resolved by both versions of the Standalone Report Designer. If you wish to use a newer version of .NET, such as .NET 6, you would need to use the .NET version of the designer (by default located in: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Progress\Telerik Reporting R2 2023\Report Designer\.NET").

For reference, I am also attaching the object data source project I created in the video

I hope this helps.

Best Regards,
Momchil
