Is there any possibility to work on dates instead numbers for charts?? For e.g I want to show Bar Range Chart from 1st of Jan to 3rd of Jan
I hope I'm clear enough I was unable to find any demo related to Dates for Range charts

You may find useful this how-to (http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/dataviz/chart/how-to/timeline-using-range-bars) which shows a possible approach for creating a timeline with range bars with Kendo UI chart.
You can try a similar approach for RadHtmlChart as well. You can see how to convert C# DateTime to its JavaScript equivalent here - http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/controls/htmlchart/how-to/programmatic-creation-of-seriesitems-with-datetime
