Embedded Report Designer in Visual Studio 2012.
While in the stand alone designer the units in the property panel appear in mm, the same units in the Visual Studio Report Designer on the same machine are in inches.

Hello Felice,
You can either explicitly type the unit of measure after the value e.g., "100mm",
or you can set a default unit of measure for the whole report by changing the UnitOfMeasure property of the report to mm.
Keep in mind the latter won't automatically convert every unit of measure in your report to mm. You still have to do that manually, but you won't need to explicitly type mm after the value the next time you are setting one.
