How to: Avoid events overlaping

Hello,

I am using Q3 2008.

I have one problem for scheduler,  suppose 2 events having duration of 2 weeks  , and another event suppose 3 days which starts in middle of week. on this scenario  i am not able to see third event nor more link for same.
