How To Add Select command inside the radgridveiw in wpf form

   I am New  in using telerik WPF controls.
My questions how to add the select command button inside the radgridview how we use the Datagridview in wndows form like that
how can i acheive this

Hi I am Follow that examples but i am not get it.


     My aim is when the user can select the perticular customer id automatically i ll fetch the data and pull in to the another form and fill the details appropriate textbox  afterwards to update the details to database when user click update button.
  is like how in asp.net with ajax modelpopup is working in the same way i am need how can i acheive
