i dont now this damn record...
but when i set showfooter=false this header is gone
both this record andtitle is gone

I am afraid that I cannot replicate this look of RadGrid. Could please use FireBug or DeveloperToolbar of IE and inspect what is causing this? Other option could be to send us runnable project that replicates the behavior.

this is FILTER area;
i just set filter to false
