If I understand you well you want to inject a RadNotification into somebody else's site that is opened on the client machine. Is this so? If yes - this is simply impossible - neither the OS, nor the browsers, nor JavaScript can allow such cross-site scripting as this would be hacking the third party's site. The RadNotification can work only inside your own page, just like any other server control in ASP.NET. If I have misunderstood you - please do explain what you are trying to achieve so we can understand and help you.
