Hey Jon,
As far as getting it into Microsoft Word, that's a little over my head, but you can always use the Content property of the RadEditor to grab the editor content (html and all) out. Maybe you could use some of the methods in this online demo as far as saving the content to an external file?
Not sure how to export it to clunky .doc format though, if anyone has any tips on that it'd be much appreciated. :)
