I would like the all the group row in expanded state all the time. How can I change the group row style to hide the expander? May I get a copy of the GroupRow style? I try to get it from Blend, it seems not working for me.

Thanks!

Hello May,

Please find attached a sample which hides the group row when the group is expanded. As this was done by retemplating the group row you will also find its template in there. I hope you will find this useful.

Hi Kalin,

Thank you very much for your example.

I should rephrase my question:

Is any easy way to hide the toggle button? Basically I would like my grouping always in expanded state.

My telerik control version is Q1 2010, the ‘Edit a Copy’ for GridViewGroupRow in Blend is grayed out.  I get a copy of GridViewGroupRow style from the one of the example in the form, it is using the Office_Black theme. I am using office_silver theme.  Is any place I can get the default style/Control template for each theme?

After modify the default style for GridViewGroupRow (get rid of the toggle button part), it is a kind working. The solution is crappy, I wish there an easy way to do it. The most left still have an empty cell I would like to remove, but don’t know.

May you take a look the attached Image file?

Thanks a lot!
