Hi,
I have a grid that has a number of columns that will effectively involve horizontal scrolling to see the whole row of data.
I was wondering is it possible to have the first column not scroll and act as a key to the row when the user does scroll horizontally.
Has anyone else had a similar problem, as I have parred down the columns as much as I can.
regards
Pb

Hello Peter,
We are currently working on the Grid's frozen columns and this feature will most probably be introduced in Q1 2014 (due in March).

Hi Dimo,
I saw the Feature with the frozen columns in your Beta Q1 2014 demo and I'd like to use it. Is it also available für Kendo UI ASP.NET MVC.
I'm not sure if I have understood tho context correctly. I downloadet the Beta Version but the frozen Columns sems not be includet for mvc. Possibly I have't caught the correct download. Would you please tell me the link to right download? Thank you very much in advance.

Hello Robert,
The feature set of Kendo UI is the same for the vanilla HTML/Javascript widgets and their server wrappers.
Please make sure you have upgraded your Kendo UI MVC project correctly and the Kendo.Mc.dll assembly reference, the scripts and styles have been replaced.

(check the MVC code in the viewer below the demo)

Hello Dimo,
thank you for the good News.
How can I get the correctly Kendo.Mc.dll? I downloaded this file telerik.kendoui.complete.2014.1.226_web.beta.trial, but I can't find a dll in it. Was it the wrong?
best regards

Hello Robert,
Kendo UI Complete is the vanilla HTML/Javascript Kendo UI. You need
telerik.ui.for.aspnetmvc.2014.1.226.beta.trial.msi (or zip)
