Horizontal bar for the window comes when tooltip appears.

Hi,

I have a pop up window of 400px width. in that page i have a tooltip. i have kept the width of tooltip 200px. when the tooltip is coming automatically horizontal bar is coming for the window. i donot want that horizontal bar. i want to show the tool tip outof window. How can i achieve this.

We tried to prepare a sample page based on the scenario you describe, however, we were not able to reproduce the issue you mention. Could you please open a support ticket and send us a simple running test project which demonstrates your exact setup and reproduces the problem?
