I want to hide the close button in my alert , i am using version 2015.2.728.45

Hello ,
With Q3 2015 we introduced ShowCloseButton property of RadDesktopAlert which will allow easily to hide the Close button.
As you're using Q2 2015, you will need to edit the template of the control and manually remove the button from it. Please check the following topic which explains how to extract and edit the ControlTemplate:
