hide table column and resize table width

Hi,
I need to hide some columns in a table.
I tried some programmatically approaches saw seen in the forum but none worked for me.

At the end i try to filter column groups as suggested by admin, this work, columns are hidden but the table don't shrink its width and
blank pages appear in the report.

There is a way to hide columns (using columns Group filter) and resize table to avoid blank pages

Hi Andrea,

Please check my post in hide a table column. Filters on column groups is the recommended approach, where the Table item will shrink when a column and its elements are filtered out (hidden).

If the Table item is not shrinking, please check for Dock and Anchor settings and reset them.

thank you for answer.

Dock and Anchor settings are both set to none. Columns are hidden by Group filters but table don't resize its width and this cause blank pages.
Can i link or post in some way my sample project please?

Hi Andrea,

The attached report can be used to compare your settings for showing/hiding columns. The project uses Telerik Reporting v10.0.16.325, that can be changed by running the Upgrade Wizard.  Note that if the table item is docked in its container, the item will remain the same in width.

If you need further help, please open a support ticket and include a runnable demo project that illustrates the problem.

Hi Stef,

I've  found the problem in my project. The problem was the report widht in designer, adding columns to table expand report widht automtically beyond the A4 widht. After re-setting the A4 widht on the report (table goes out form the report body on the right), all works fine and there is no blank pages problem anymore.
