Hello Alen,

The Kendo UI Diagram does not provide such functionality out of the box. It can possibly be achieved via complicated custom logic and implementation. Here are some events, fields, and methods, exposed by the API that might prove helpful:

Events:

Click: http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/dataviz/ui/diagram#events-click
Change: http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/dataviz/ui/diagram#events-change
Edit: http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/dataviz/ui/diagram#events-edit

Fields:

Connections: http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/dataviz/ui/diagram#fields-connections
Shapes: http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/dataviz/ui/diagram#fields-shapes

Methods:

Connected: http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/dataviz/ui/diagram#methods-connected
Edit: http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/dataviz/ui/diagram#methods-edit

You can find the whole API here:
http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/dataviz/ui/diagram

I hope this helps.
